Camberley Speakers is a club open to all. We are a local club based in Camberley, Surrey. You need to be aged 18 or over to become a member, at which stage you will receive your first two manuals, and become eligible to give speeches to fellow members. Guests are welcome to all meetings without charge.

We are a fun, sociable and inclusive group of people who get together on the first and third Thursdays of every month to develop our public speaking skills and develop confidence through communicating. You will also develop your analytical and listening skills, get a chance to practice impromptu speaking through our popular Table Topics sessions, learn to give and receive positive and constructive feedback, and all of this in a supportive, friendly and welcoming environment.

There are many different opportunities to practise your speaking skills with Toastmasters, so why not visit us at our next meeting to see whether we can assist you to achieve your communication goals.

Competent Communications Manual: This contains ideas and tips for making your first 10 speeches, and the evaluation sections for completion after you have made a speech.

Competent Leadership Manual: This contains information about the many ways in which you can help your club, and at the same time help yourself to improve your evaluation skills, time management skills, and many other aspects which could help in your daily life. The club is run purely by volunteers. Any help you can give will be appreciated.
